Registration FAQ
AFFIDAVITS:
As per Ohio DPS regulation, we must validate your parent/legal guardian’s identity prior to you being able to access the course material.
Since our 3rd party validation was unable to collect information to validate the ID, we must ask you to download an affidavit. Once your parent/legal guardian has completed the affidavit, it must get notarized (can be done through a bank) and uploaded back to your online profile.
We apologize for this extra step. However, Costech is simply enforcing the regulations set in place by the State.
